Annual maintenance fee in 2023 is $5,600 plus HST. 10% of this is kept in a reserve fund for replacing worn furniture or replacing items as needed in the cottage. If you notice anything needs attention just let the front desk know and they will look after it promptly. Weeks for 2024 will be chosen in September/23.
